  • Always good to have options. People need to find whatever works for them.

  • I have similar issues with YouTube in Firefox on Windows. But I think my aging laptop might just be having trouble loading the script-riddled site more than anything.

  • I'm personally using p2.freedns.controld.com for anyone looking for an alternative.

  • I've heard of enough people wanting ads too. And people complaining that they want them back after they were blocked.

It gets harder and harder to have any faith in humanity these days.

  • Here's hoping this becomes a proper english version with the same dedication as the original. Think a lot of people could appreciate something like this.

  • Okay. That's kind of cool at least. Don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't that.

  • And get real professionals to design and build future models.

  • Like most things, you're just "an idiot" until you figure it out. Like any skill, the more you practice the better you get. Just take the time to understand it better and it will start making more sense eventually.

  • Yes, that would seem like an ISP, DNS, or some other block. Try changing the DNS on your devices to p0.freedns.controld.com or something similar and test again.

Edit: Changed to a DNS server with no ad or other blocking.

  • Works just fine.

  • Seems like it's just you.

Tested with two different services and it's up. I also accessed the site and it's working fine.

  • Of course. But, I've also traveled to and lived in multiple countries on multiple continents. While that still means nothing in the bigger picture, I'm still having trouble believing that computers are being completely replaced by phones.
