I want to recommend pop OS but it would be wise to switch to it after there is 24.04 (or later release)
In my personal experience pop os has been absolute rock solid especially with flatpaks
However latest stable is quite old (they are working on new desktop environment before upgrade).
They don't have ability to keep logs (even if they wanted)
Their wireguard speeds can keep up with fiber (800mbps with 1gbps fiber)
I've not seen any connection drops.
Downside:
No port forwarding, this I've remedied with headscale server and tailscale clients.
Port forwarding is needed if u want to access your home network from outside
I've been telling this to family and friends, apparently they didn't want to agree. At least there is article now. I do think current social media will be looked at in future like tobacco/smoking is currently looked at.
Does TCP port 2234 need to be open? (I was using soulseek without any issues previously) so if port needs to be open then probably something on ISP side changed
Got into rolling release very recently with Manjaro (realized Debian doesn't have rolling release). Just started getting used to arch packaging. I wouldn't consider myself knowledgeable in rolling release options
