If he’s a facist he’s keeping it under wraps. I live here (too?) and he strikes me more as a fiscal conservative. He for-sure doesn’t respect minimum wage workers but he doesn’t scapegoat or “other” any group like you’d expect to see of a far-right Conservative. I just think he’s the type who wants to funnel public money to his white-collar business buddies through contracts and tax breaks.
Same here. I’ll be writing them to let them know that they lost my vote not from strategic voting but from a poorly explained and promoted platform. I want them to succeed but they need a leadership change and the resolve to reach toward more aggressively progressive goals.
They want the authority to decide what appropriate sentencing is for serious offenses with the promise to put criminals behind bars for their entire lives. And they also want to be able to decide what constitutes a serious offense. Can’t see anything wrong with that.
You can’t threaten to pull out of peace talks and dictate terms at the same time. This is not a state that wants to be treated seriously on the world stage.
I would hope this would be a coalition not a single choice. Putting all of democracy’s eggs in one basket seems too precarious given current circumstances.
Can this be unstickied now that the election has passed? My client doesn’t give me the option to hide announcements in some views.
