Very famous show about cars. They made model compete against each other or other transportation mode in various racing contest and discuss a lot about mecanisc. It is British but also famous in France.

I've notice that for a few years now. I believe the quality has been worst and worst. I never buy the cheapest brands, I look for the thickest looking ones. I prefer egg pasta and stay far away for the 3-minutes ones.

Fabric softener is sometime useful for very hard water. You don't have to buy it, though. You can use white vinegar to soften the water to actually soften the fabric mix in a big container one part white vinegar to one part sodium bicarbonate. Wait for it to stop foaming. Add four drops of essential oils per liter of mixture. Stir. Allow to rest a few hour before using. You can make big quantity ahead of time as long as your container is big enough for the big foam of the big batch.

You're not getting my point. You're equating parent chosing dates with forced mariage upon the girl.
I'm saying that parent being involve in the chosing of a parter is the way it is done in many place in the world and it does not equate to unhappy or force mariage.

Maybe for you and your culture but in most of the world it's not how life is. Inlaws are a big part of marital life and without having your parent bride-hunt for you, you could easy understand the appeal of knowing ahead of time that the person with which you start to build a relation already get along with your parents and you get along with theirs.
