  • I see, but theists define god as being immaterial so we wont find their god through science.

  • Well if opposite charges attract surely the electrons would be at the nucleus? Checkmate electron-realist.

  • What does it mean to scientifically discover god?

  • I never got these memes with crusaders and "deus vult" jokes. Like them, muslim groups enslaved and did lots of lovely stuff. The last thing I expect to see is memes of them.

  • I was thinking of death lol

  • Take it for one very long nap.

  • Person who came up with blahaj must have gotten a fat as fuck raise

  • Heres a video on how to wear a sarong, notice how unlike a towel or bedsheet its not a rectangular piece of cloth. Its as if two opposing ends of a towel were joined, turning it into a tube of cloth.

Its worn casually in some and formally (traditional clothing) in others, the material and design can get very elaborate. Its worn by men and women in lots of different ways.

Im speaking from experineces in south and south-east asia, it might be different elsewhere.

  • That does involve pants though. I think something like a sarong is what they were referring to.

  • I thought it was ironic? I mean why would anyone listen to a bunch of unqualified podcasters while counting actual news as propoganda lmao

  • You can. If youre on lemmy through a browser go to a user's profile and there's a "Send message" button. Most likely a similar method in whatever app you use.

  • Youre right. "Servers" are just computers that do all the work behind a website.

But when it comes to lemmy people sometimes use "server" and "instance" to refer to the same thing: what lemmy.ml, lemmy.world, and others are.

  • Liftoff

  • Liftoff also has a rocketship as the logo

  • Something about her username seems off if you ask me :P

  • IMO if technical difficulty is the filter, it would actually only select for people good at computers. There are otherwise dumb, shallow people who are good at tech.

(I'm not saying its difficult using lemmy, just replying to the idea in general)
