I don't have it, and the custom command doesn't seem to apprear anywhere, but thank you anyway - at least I now know it's supposed to be there and can look for fixes
Edit: i've reread your post and Appearance Conditions did the trick. Thank you!
For me at least, brushing teeth is highly uncomfortable and the brushing noise from inside my head makes it worse. Running water dampens the noise. I learned to turn off the tap most of the time but I leave it on for when I'm out of mental batteries.
It is a setting in a browser. In the early 2000s the browsers even came with their own built-in popups asking if you want to accept cookies from this domain. Of course this was annoying so everyone had it set to "accept all", which then became the default and eventually disappeared.
20 years later, some moron lawyer reinvented the same but worse.
Unless you have millions of hits per month or your "static site" is Wordpress with a page builder, you might want to look into other web hosting offers. A VPS is overkill for a static site, and you can get a decent VPS for $10-$12 range. With enough bandwidth and io to host many static websites.
I'm no discord fan but my recent attempts with using IRC failed because I had incorrect reverse dns or some shit like that. Obviously I have no control over that in a consumer connection.
There are still better alternatives than Discord, though :)
I actually wrote to the author, not being from the US too, and they said they are working on a version where you can specify your country/location. Nothing about adding your news sources, though
I work mostly with Vim but when some task is easier with a GUI, Kwrite is the best. It's so quick, even with a lot of text. And that preview scroll bar they added recently, 👌
I started by getting shitty jobs like $10/hour that were not enough to sustain myself but good for building work experience and some nice comments in my profile. I can't remember paying anything to Upwork but they were less agressive back then.
I've had good luck with Upwork, moved two of my clients off Upwork. Worked with them for a few years after. One went out of business, one was paying a lot and demanding a lot, eventually I wasn't able to keep up for personal reasons.
I also had a professional website and ran Google Ads (at a time it was still relevant), got many small gigs and one long-time client this way. I should mention I also wrote and sold a small software addon there, mostly as a way to acquire new clients - tried to make the support top-tier and lure clients into giving me other work.
After that, I haven't been actively looking for more work and eventually shut the website down as the software became irrelevant and I had work by word of mouth.
I don't know, I'd like to know if error 0x838473839 is the graphics card or a failed hdd. Because they print the same shit errors for hardware failures.
