I want to buy something and it will come with a certain amount of updates. It will be one fixed price and keep working after that certain period of updates.

Yea I hate when I got killed for something and then right a message about it.

I really wish I could like Nebula but the problem is that there privacy policy is extremely lacking. As in collects a lot of demographic information and others forms that they can share.

I really want to like it though.

Some people are nice even on the inside. Plenty aren't but some are.

Good, because we all know international bodies won't do anything. I hope they are fully investigated and prosecuted. I hope if they commited war crimes they are fully punished.

As an American I'm not really a fan of it mainly because it's different from the World standard. We are the only country that insists on doing it different. It would not be hard to change either. I would love for it to change but it's not something I'm putting a lot of time or thought into right now.

I love your guys work and fully support it. I think libre software is the only way foward if we don't want worse and worse platforms.

I totally get the anger with Netflix. I fucking hate them as a filmmaker. But I really don't think a long term solution is pirating content.

Is it more expensive? Of course it is, that's part of an equitable society. Also it means you end up with content you really like and not a bunch of junk.

I learned that I need to truly understand something to be able to trust it. I had to learn the same lesson with Proton.

YES, it pisses me off so much. Though I do kind see for some things having some upper limit of 256 for certain services. But I may be wrong in thinking that.

For example I want a secure bank password but I only need it so long. Mainly because unlike my E2EE service if they are servered a warrant or hacked through another service all my data is there. Basically I can only do so much.

That's the problem when they never or rarely properly identify themselves. You can never truly know if they are to be believed.

I had the exact same experience when I first tried Linux. But now when I am evily forced into using Windows and HATE it any other way. Also I despise the windows terminal now (PowerShell & CMD).

We all know pee goes on the floor. But the poops must go in the toilet. This makes the separation much easier.

I also don't trust Microsoft to keep it turned off. Even if it is truly off (really hard to tell) what's to say it doesn't turn back on in an update. I want an OS I can trust.
