  • This is the correct response.

ETA: and I strongly suspect this will happen somehow. So, his birthday is June 14th, so those who can should start making plans to be in DC around then (actual day of parade may be different, so don't lock in specific dates until there's more info).

Meanwhile, get ready for your local May 1st protests. (More locations will be certainly be added to that map as the day gets closer).

And until then, there are lots more opportunities to get out and protest.

  • I bet her son got a hold of her unlocked phone and posted that himself.

  • Who is paying these protestors? Why is this never a follow-up question? Why isn’t anyone from Fox or any other “journalistic” org investigating this? Or at least pretending to?

Because they know it's bullshit. It's not journalism. It's state media propaganda. It all makes more sense when you're not expecting them to be journalists, much less, investigative journalists.

  • Nobody here is stopping you from organizing/doing your own whatever. There are sites like mobilize.us where you can organize a protest at whatever oligarch's mansion you want. Stop whining and waiting for someone else to do what you think needs to be done. Be the change you want to see.

  • Are they in the room with us right now?

    🤣

  • Conservatives are happy what happened? Nothing has happened other than the orange turd making ridiculous demands.

  • We send people to die for their country the wealthy all the time and call them heros.

Sure, there may be some health risks with standing and talking for that long without going to the restroom, but that's between him and his doctor. There's no reason to make this a public issue other than to emphasize that he's a hero, too.

    That said...

“Dehydration can have serious consequences, particularly for older adults,”

    Drink more water, people.

  • He and allies like Elon Musk argue left-wing governments use the legal system to silence opponents.

    Every accusation is an admission.

  • I get the strangest looks from the pharmacists when I ask for extra Thimerosal.

  • Tesla reported deliveries of 336,681 globally in the January to March quarter. The figure was down from sales of 387,000 in the same period a year ago.

    Emphasis: globally

Edit: also note, "Tesla reported". I wouldn't trust them to be giving accurate numbers, so it's actually probably a lot worse.

  • I don't understand. What would this do. In a primary it's Democrats against Democrats, or Republicans against Republicans. Sure, the Democratic voters can use a primary to replace one Democrat with another, but it's still a Democrat. You can't use a primary to oust a Democrat and replace them with an independent.

  • The news media is not supposed to be friendly with those in power, no matter who is in power. They're supposed to be a pain in the ass of the president (every president). They're supposed to be the Fourth Estate! They're supposed to be part of the checks and balances. It's always irked me that they do this correspondent's dinner and get all buddy buddy with the Whitehouse.
