Sometimes kbin will ask me to login again but I just refresh and it'll show me logged in, I think it's a federation issue if people haven't interacted with the post or something?

Other times it'll ask me to login and return a CSRF token error and if I refresh it again, it'll fix it.

Minor bugs, everything has mostly been pretty smooth. Just using a shortcut on my homescreen, no apps or anything.

Yeah, medicine is one of the areas where I really feel like AI could make serious strides. Most people don't have a doctor they see regularly anyway so any input would be welcome. Anecdotally I've known several people who were misdiagnosed or just had doctors not believe them.

Of course I'd want to be able to escalate and have different treatment options but I could probably be ok with AI-assisted medicine.

That was my "favorite" part as well, it shows that it's all propaganda and they're knowingly lying to people. They're misleading the American public, fomenting dissonance and fueling conspiracies for a paycheck.

The J6 insurrection wouldn't have happened if not for these people. A million dead from a respiratory virus thanks in-part to their anti-mask, anti-science rhetoric wouldn't have happened if not for these people. They're propagandists, grifters and confidence artists, nothing more; they're bad people who are a net-negative to society. Frankly they're dangerous and there should be consequences for knowingly lying and pretending to be a news source.

There are co-op/commune options but that's probably not what OP is looking for either. Unfortunately or not "no man is an island" really is true and we're all inherently interconnected. We all share the same resources and space, and should all have input into how those resources and spaces are used.

TBH if someone wants to go out into the wilderness and survive with little/no creature comforts I think that should be perfectly fine and they should be allowed space to do that; I also think healthcare and some sort of UBI/food allowance should exist so that a person won't starve or die of an easily prevented disease, or to make sure the person really wants to go be alone and isn't just experiencing an untreated illness.

By all means if you want a Corvette or that lifted F150 you should have to work for it but if you're happy eating squirrel and beans and reading books from the public library? You should be allowed to do that.

I'll assume you're asking in good faith. You know what's I've always found interesting though? Nobody likes interacting with the police. I know some old churchy ladies that turn the other direction when they see a cop car. It says a lot about them that even the most law abiding, innocent citizens nope out when they see a LEO on the street.

ACAB and fuck the police; (more than) half of every dollar given to law enforcement should be taken and be used for healthcare, social services, and education. It'd actually alleviate a lot more issues than the dog-shooting, minority-beating, blue wall of silence gang we have in the U.S.

Buy a gun or two (a short one and a long one) and learn how to use them; learn some first aid, field medics really just need to know how to stabilize someone. Meet others in your area who are like you and share your beliefs, start building networks who can help each other because the police will not. This is real, the right is marching towards a blend of Christofascism/Corporatocracy that I'm not sure the world has seen and just winning a presidential race in 2024 isn't going to cut it.

We need long term solutions, consistent, focused work so actual progress can be made again. Organization is so incredibly important and is why the rightwing has been so successful over the last half-century. We don't have shady PACs funded by billionaires behind us, we'll have to organize and DIY.
