It shut down sometime in 2023 after some moderation drama. It was a Korean Mastodon instance, the biggest one at that. (Now planet.moe is the largest Korean fediverse instance.)
The old 410 gone page available on IA says:
이 서버는 운영을 종료하였습니다
HTTP 410 Gone

UPDATE: It got revived as the original owner's personal instance.
Since this instance is hosted on Korean home internet - which they throttle traffic to/from overseas - you might have some delays, especially to EU. (US is a bit better) Otherwise we have a very high performance server with Threadripper 7960X and 256GB of RAM.
EDIT: seems like federation to l.w is extra slow for some reason lol, one more reason to use another instance
EDIT EDIT: Dug a bit more, feddit.uk and dbzer0 get almost instant federation but l.w is very, very slow.
EDIT x3: No, sometimes it's under 1min and other times it's weirdly slow. Federation is a hassle sometimes lol
GPL does not restrict you from selling the software, though you can't stop getting distributed by someone who bought it. Even RMS himself sold Emacs back in the day.
EDIT: I'm not saying it's justified in moral sense, I think it sucks ass. But it's not against the license.
No, seriously, that movement is not justified at all. It's full of transphobia, homophobia, and on top of all this racism expected from Korea of course. They harassed trans people going to women's university, death threat included of course, and also harasses any trans individuals appearing on timeline via QRT/Reply/etc. You should think about this when you talk about that movement.
EDIT: The last part was a bit rude, so toned it down a bit. Anyways, as trans individual living in Korea unfortunately, I do feel very unsafe (and had a panic attack) by those kinds of people.
There's no mod queue, since it's instance user report, not community report.
EDIT: I was indeed stupid! There's one on my profile page! Though I would also like to have purge user feature added to it in addition to ban and remove post. And some kind of notification for incoming reports.
We at t2linux do know that the basic cause of crash, it's more of our module's fault now. The crash does not happen if you unload our hardware support module before sleep (and you can reload the module after waking it up), so people have been using this workaround and have some success out of this.
It won't work since there's no RHEL10 repo. You can however use CentOS (Stream) 10 repo, I use it that way and it works!
