  • Telegram isn't a website like reddit or Lemmy, it's a messaging app, which makes it a lot more complicated.

Users can create groups and invite anyone to those groups.. this can be handy, if you and your social groups all talk about a specific topic. It gets to be a problem when the topic your social group promotes is white supremacy and radicalization.

Could telegram possibly police this? They could do a lot fuckin more, that's for sure. But anywhere users have the ability to create something, some of them will always create some heinous shit that ruins it for everyone else.

  • “You didn’t have to worry about the cost of food just skyrocketing or skyrocketing costs of all of your electronics,” she said.

If she's referring to prices under Biden, then I don't agree with that. Part of why so many people voted for Trump is because of how Trump hammered home the inflation argument specifically with groceries.

It's a shame those people didn't realize Trump had no plans of helping with prices, and he was just using the issue as a wedge. But we can't pretend groceries didn't go up an insane amount under Biden. Now, was it Biden's fault? No, he inherited a crap show from Trump and did his best to stop the damage. But low information voters don't know that. they just know they started paying way more under Biden.

  • If they stick to just remakes, I'm sure it'll sell like hotcakes. I'd gladly pick up banjo Kazooie and Tooie with updated graphics and the same gameplay.

But I don't want them making a brand new Banjo Kazooie game, especially after playing Crash 4.. it just didn't feel enough like those original games. The difficulty was ramped way up, the levels dragged way too long, and the story and characters didn't feel the same at all. I don't think they understood what made those games so popular.

  • It can be both..

He reacted to the movement in the bond market out of panic, but also saw it as an opportunity to enrich himself and his cronies once he knew he was gonna cancel tariffs because he saw how the market would bounce back based on the tweet the day prior.
