  • This is gone over in the most basic Marxist works, especially Engels - socialism utopian and scientific, and Lenin's state and revolution. Here's a good overview of it.

  • This is historically completely false. I challenge you to find a single historical case where a ruling class has given up their power and wealth without violence or the threat of violence.

Meanwhile I recommend you read the links we've given you.

  • What about self-defense?

Is a person defending themselves from an attacker, morally wrong for using violence? And if you concede that it isn't, then what about workers banding together to defend themselves from the injustices of enforced poverty, starvation, homelessness, and war?

  • Waze is unfortunately owned by google for many years now.

  • The US is the model for settler-colonialism in the modern era, itself being explicitly based on the Roman empire, with a slave-holding aristocracy holding political power, and granting free land and status to those willing to participate in its imperial project.

There have been challenges throughout US history against this rule by aristocracy, but all of them lost at various points, and are now on life support. It genocided its indigenous inhabitants and stole their land. The Civil war was a challenge between two right-wing systems: capitalism and slavery, although slavery was reinstated during the reconstruction era. Its communist-left was purged and eliminated by the 1960s, its union movement predictably died soon after in the 1970s, the anti-war left died in the 1980s.

There has never been the equivalent of a "red-scare" but for the right-wing, because the US is a right wing country and does not permit a public platform of left-wing views. Its a one-party state where both parties are "fluid", one acting as the "foil" / controlled opposition against the one which currently reflects the more overt interests of its aristocracy.

I highly suggest reading Settlers, an Indigenous people's history of the US, and Zak Cope - Divided world divided class, for some of the underpinnings of the US's "master-race democracy".

  • Short version: A few ultra-rich people in the US own a lot of real estate, bringing up the average, whereas in china its more equally spread out.

When the mean is very different from the median, it means the standard deviation is very high (IE, the values are really spread out, rather that clumped close). A simple example would be 2 economies each with 3 people.

Economy A: 1 person owns everything (Lets say $100 bucks), the 2 others own nothing. Average: $33, Median: $0..

Economy B: Each person owns $33. Average: $33, Median: $33.

The gini coefficient refers to the same thing, but measuring inequality within an economy specifically: 0 gini means everyone has the same net worth, 1 gini means 1 person has 100% of the value. In capitalism, the end-result is just like in a game of monopoly: the end result will be 1. In socialism, the end result, acheived via planning an equitable distribution, should be to get as close to zero as possible.
