The worst part is, after a short while, you actually cross this sort of threshold where you enjoy it and begin to look forward to it, and then you start to notice it is helping your mental as well as your physical health.
Just atrocious. It's almost like we were evolved for this.
I bought my OLED deck a few months ago, and whatever the opposite of buyer's remorse is, that's what I have. I love it more every day and I think the ideal Personal Media Device. I travel a lot and I have tons of games, movies, and even ebooks on the device which completely changes the complexion of long flights for me.
Mentally swapping the urge to be hydrated for the urge to be full was a game changer for me, and I wish there was one cool trick I could share but it was trial and error for me.
