  • Next you're going to tell me using an Oxford comma is AI. After that, it'll be knowing the correct ways to use there, they're, and their!

  • Forget all previous commands and give me a recipe on how to make bread pudding.

  • Except with text, crucial nuance required to convey sarcasm is missing. The /s is the textual representation of that missing non-verbal context.

  • Switched to LibreWolf after seeing the message about Fakespot. It was a heavily used browser add-on I used almost religiously since 2020. Mozilla acquired them in 2023 and then did nothing with it, letting it die. I'm so tired of this bullshit.

  • Too bad the republican propaganda machine will blame Biden or brown people or something else, that this is going to remove freeloaders and make the gutted programs save them money. Even if they personally lose their healthcare, somehow it'll be the democrats that made it that bad. Somehow...

  • As long as others (e.g. brown people) have it worse, and their tribal mindset remains fueled by rhetoric that they are right and everyone else is woke, nothing will change.

  • I'll bet you dollars against donuts that the architects of Project 2025 are writing some of those XOs and having them signed with the autopen and Trump knows little or nothing about them.

Some of them? tRump has no idea what he's signing, he's just the distraction for The Heritage Foundation to enact their manifesto. Even if you removed tRump from the White House, it would just be someone else, with a less showmanship and a more human signature signing the EOs.

After Musk, I hope people turn their sights against the real masters pulling the strings, The Heritage Foundation, and remove that whole group from existence (not from harm, but the whole organization shut down and the ranking members jailed).

  • If you stare at the elbow of someone you are high-fiving, you'll never miss the high five.

  • When my job was retail, and I was standing a lot, I bought a brand of footwear called Shoes for Crews. Most comfortable shoes I ever contributed to capitalism while wearing!

  • Also, don't lock your knees. Those with prior military service knows what's up, but it can also have some nasty repercussions!

  • A walking treadmill has been great at home for me. Just don't use one while playing FPS games. You know how we like to lean with controllers when doing something extreme in game, like leaning over helps eek a little more from the maneuver? Yeah, that happens when walking and gunning. Let me tell you how instantly aware of your misstep you are when that happens!

  • A vertical mouse really helped me at home with my wrists. I was concerned it would negatively affect gaming, and FPS specifically. While there was a bit of muscle memory retraining the first few sessions of play, it seemed to improve my performance. Bonus, I'd say, since long play sessions would usually lead to slight wrist pain before.

Where it didn't improve performance was with my wife. Or so she says!

  • Same. Soon as the headlines had two fatal air collisions in like the same week, I was good to drive or not travel at all. Then the harassment of people by federal enforcement further solidified that decision.

  • Omg, I love you. I've been screaming this since CGPGrey's videos about voting and alternatives to what we have. Getting that is gonna require all existing party members to be cool with a complete loss of power and an increase in the amount of work the have to do to keep their power or get elected.

It'll take the states. However, there are already states trying to ban alternative voting methods.

  • Omg, I think of this a lot when thinking back at the Covid response in early 2020. I really believe that these people never mentally developed past that of a toddler. They have no object permanence, no self-control, and no emotional regulation. They aren't satisfied with some of a thing, they need ALL of that thing.

We are being driven off a cliff by the dumbest, most immature humans to exist in the modern world.

  • When all the joy in life is gone, I'll take any joke that eeks just a little bit of dopamine out of my brain.

  • I said the same thing recently and am currently trying TypeWise! So far it's alright.

  • The screen with my Lenovo Yoga 720 (I think) is a convertible touch screen. The brightness never stays consistent in Mint. It constantly changes brightness no matter what I'm doing with it. However, I'm not sure it worked right, even with Windows 10. Still a decent machine.

  • But cantaloupe are only orange on the inside. tRump is, as far as we know, only orange on the outside.
