nice! I went ahead and added it to https://piefed.social/f/fediversevideos as part of the feed. I love the channel as its helped me out on my instance a couple of times.
We use an old bullet that was gifted us to grind our coffee. It used to do a whole lot more...but we got a better blender. It works well and its easy to clean.
The study was only with 22 people so I wonder if there has been other research on other activities/larger datasets/etc...etc...
I would argue that any measurable effect on CO2 levels will affect humans on some macro level. As you say, it will most likely not affect activity in the low range (and within our lifetimes), but as time goes on, I would expect the data to point to many sociological effects. I have no evidence of course, hence why Im trying to take a look.
%100 percent a passion project. It started as an excuse to get peertube up and running. Then to see how federation worked with videos. Finally I now have a lot of subscriptions.
So yeah my dog has a channel. Hes a good boy. And has more subscribers than I have on gotosocial/mastodon. As t should be :)
Nice! I have an old PC that was built back in 2012. It has "retired" as a youtube and media machine and has been on every day in the morning for the past 13-ish years. Its running PoPOS mostly because we put a 1070 in it in 2019 to play some games before we got our steam deck.
This is on top of potential tariffs which if enacted will make PC costs skyrocket. I feel like a lot of people are just going to skip the generation like they do with every other windows OS version. They will just keep windows 10 forever kinda like XP did back in the day.
