Something funny about those: sometimes they just don't work.
Seriously. Depending on the phone, the brand, those splitters just will not function because the phone decided it cannot do both power and media from the same port at the same time, if it's split up. I tried 4 different ones before finding out my phone is too dumb for it, and same with most friend's phones.
You understood it fine. I was hoping there would be some sort of Linux extension or some other shenanigan I wasn't aware of that allowed them to run natively, but VM I guess works.
Honest question: when I am trying to install some obscure bullshit that only has windows and Mac versions, can I install a Windows version and it still runs?
Ok, downloaded peertube (because to hell with Google and YouTube) looked around...
Um, is there not too much to look at right now? Are the people I normally watch on YouTube unable to be seen on peertube?
Don't get me wrong, all about decentralized everything but if the people I like aren't there I'm feeling a bit up a creek.
Or, more likely, am I missing something? Forgive me, please, I am rather new to this concept and how to work the federations and such.
Alright, as much as I want to give Microsoft the double birds and leave, way too many modding programs are .exe based.
And I just cannot yet be fucked to learn how to do per-app emulation. It scares me, things just sort of work here, and I can give them one and a half birds by removing almost all their telemetry garbage.
That being said I do really like the idea of Linux, I just want a little bit more idiot friendliness out of it
My revanced has been out of date and non functional for a while, do you happen to recall how to update it? For some reason I'm struggling to remember the install process.
Ahh, got it.
