The other victims are other people applying for loans. The banks might have been more inclined to give them loans, or give them loans at better interest rates, if their money wasn’t tied up in the loans they made to Trump’s business under false pretenses.
What’s the extra 20% for? Will Carroll be paid interest while the damages are in escrow, or does the court want additional money set aside should they award Carroll legal fees after the appeal?

Agree, for a different reason. I did pick up Enshrouded, even knowing that Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth drops in a few days. I think I spent 60 or 80 hours on the previous game (Yakuza: Like a Dragon), but that’s JRPGs for you, especially when you add in the copious minigames the series is famous for.
Will probably timeshare, as Yakuza’s a single player game.

There’s a state law that requires the Secretary of State to schedule the primaries before any other state’s primaries. The state law is in conflict with the national party committee’s policy, but ultimately the party who gets to decide who to seat at the convention. It doesn’t matter too much this year with an incumbent president, but things will come to a head next election cycle.
It’s more that GOP senators are willing to make a deal, but if Trump gets in front of a microphone and badmouths the deal, it cuts their legs out from under them with the base voters.
