it's also a cultural thing, meaning in one area or one group it can be popular to shave and at the same time there lives a group in parallel growing bushes.

however, it's certainly better to at least keep it trimmed very short, so it doesn't clog your shower or sticks to soap bars and also dries quickly.

Ironic, I use a smart TV that's not connected to a network as a monitor. It can view some DVBT too, but only a handful channels. I basically never watch actual TV, just sometimes a video. TV feels like a gigantic waste of time.
