Maybe get a Steamdeck if portability is important, otherwise get a desktop. IMO gaming laptops don't last as long because of all the heat stress. Really just my opinion though.
Slowly gathering the tools and materials I need to make my own desktop. I'll be trying to use pine sap resin to glue the boards together before sanding it down. I think I'll be buying the rest of the desk from Ikea, I just don't want to keep touching melamine when I'm studying (although it's probably safe).
One of my favourite scenes of all time is when he's in the church with all those 'dead' bodies and it takes you a second or so to realize they all just moved.
*Just rewatched it, and I misremembered. More like two bodies... would've been a great scene though IMO.
This is part of the reason why I haven't thought of buying a console since the PS3. There are a lot of games that were made for the ps2/1 that I really loved and I can probably never play them again because PlayStations lack that feature. They have effectively been erased, which is really sad.
I sold my PS3 a long time ago, and I've been using Steam on my PC since then. Now I won't have to worry about losing access to titles I bought just because they're locked to certain hardware that will eventually not be made any more.
I only have experience with Linux systems, but it seems GParted (the program I use to modify and create partitions) also works outside of the Linux environment. So, here's an open source option.
Also, you should make more backups before trying to clone the drive. There's some recommended backup programs on the GParted website.
Pretty much anything on my phone. Though I have recently found f-droid, and through that I found Phonograph. I wish open street maps could replace google maps, but I really don't know what it's trying to do.
DOOM 2016 didn’t work on Linux duo to the DRM being incompatible with proton.
What's really stupid about that is the devs don't have to do any extra work to make it compatible, all they have to do is check a box saying they'd like it to work with proton.
