I'm my case, weed increases my appetite dangerously. I'm obese and weed makes me a food monster. I don't use it unless it's a social situation where I can't just clean my fridge out.
I believe the evidence points pretty clearly to alcohol and nicotine being more addictive than THC. I did state that my experience is anecdotal, but I wanted to chime in because you know, internet.
This is the business world in general. Consumers need to say to businesses in no uncertain terms that they cannot just do whatever they want and still remain profitable. Without users, there is no profit. Charging for the API would be completely acceptable and expected, but they decided to go the most cartoonishly villainous route possible. This is what a lot of companies are doing now. They have gotten far too used to the profits being free. We should teach them a lesson, collectively.
I'm 43. I lived a good amount of my life without the Internet and even more of my life without smart phones. Even after gaining reliable Internet access, I remember the times when the Internet was not just a few big companies. I just rediscovered one of the old forums I used to hang out on is still operating. They have an active IRC channel as well. Don't think we can't go back, big tech. It would be so easy to go back. Don't tempt me with a good time.
Holy cow, what an episode! The animation quality and the camera panning is all incredible. You can tell MAPPA is putting everything into this. I hope the quality keeps up all season, just like they did with Chainsaw Man.

I feel like the episode had good pacing, though maybe a tad slow in places. They maybe feel they need to ease us in even though we knew it was going to be a prequel, not a sequel as many had hoped. JJK Zero kind of prepared us for it, and I am thoroughly enjoying it even though I would probably be enjoying more of Yuji's story line a little more.
As someone who works in a call center, screw that last person on here. So sorry you hate the automated system. Sorry you had to wait on hold. They can't keep enough of us employed because y'all are fucking mean and no one wants to be abused for $15/hr.
