I mostly listen in my car. As long as the UI has search and playlists I can make, and those play with no issue, it's doing what I need. Play button, pause button, etc... I don't need much else.

Oh shit, he's actually around again? Last I heard he had "hung up the hat" so to speak. Perhaps that itself was a ruse!

I'll deal with it once it starts affecting my ability to listen to what I want when I want.

Same. I don't miss that, or much, but I think we can all agree on missing the genius of Shittymorph. He truly had a way of gripping you into a comment and then suddenly it's nineteen ninety-eight again, and you finally look at the username. Truly entertained every time, was sad but understandable to see him retire.

Same. This is my 3rd to last subscription. The ones left standing are Spotify and Shonen Jump. Because they still deliver what they are supposed to without bullshit.

Mobile carriers took advantage almost immediately by offering preferred services that wouldn't use your mobile data. Listening to Pandora? No problem! Listening to Napster or Tidal? That's data usage. And that's a pretty tame example.

What didn't happen was internet being classified as a title II telecommunications service. So there's one consequence.

OMG I know! I loved every minute of it! I just finished Discovery tonight and the found family is my favorite thing about it. The only part that was a little shaky to me was the scene where Adira told everyone they wanted to use they/them pronouns. It felt a little forced, and a little voice inside me was like "aww it's the distant future, is this still an uncomfortable topic?" And that thought made me kind of sad. But, as a way of presenting it to the audience of the current day, I guess it was fine.

Culber is the real sleeper here because he'll deal stealth emotional damage. That sweet smile, those deep eyes, and then he says the most snarky, sarcastic shit you can imagine given the situation. This is the only way to tame Stamets after all.

If only they could fly on mushrooms with tardigrade DNA. I wonder how pissed Janeway would be upon learning about spore drive technology.
