The less we push against Russia now the more aggressive it will become in the future. Playing nice has led the world to a global crisis and Ukraine to a bloodshed filled with war crimes.

Russia's government is evil and there's no middle ground between good and evil that isn't evil.

The alternative forms of government have done it much faster. I wonder if we will get the balance right eventually. I thought Nordic states had a good thing going but seeing Sweden's right shift lately I'd guess not.

In most programming I have done, we treat the users as the dumb mofos. In Java, the programmers are treated as the dumb mofos. As a dumb mofo, I have a great dislike toward Java's standard development ecosystems.

I don't see Twitter failing. Perhaps this is just going according to plan too. I think the more likely case is that it becomes something like a social network version of Fox.

Perfect health is a no brainer. Not just the longer life but also live free from all the problems that come with health issues.

The second, not so much. Talent sounds good but can potentially make a very boring life. Telekinesis sounds good too but I think I'd still go with the time pause as that's effectively a 50% life increase. Imagine a day where you can devote 12 hours to work and chores and another 12 to social and personal? You then have perfect health which means you can achieve peak performance in pretty much any sport.

Best for what? There is no godlike programming language yet.
