  • Chain gangs are not like gulags, chain gangs are an American invention and they most resemble American prisons. Gulags were far more humane on average than American prisons, especially considering the circumstances surrounding each country and who they considered criminals.

  • Gulags were used to try and rehabilitate dangerous people back into society, which is in theory what American prisons do too. But in practice American prisons are where the poor are tortured, raped, beaten, branded with second-class citizenry and commited to a lifetime of hellish punishment, especially for crimes of poverty.

  • Shit if I had any marketable skills I'd be begging China for a job too πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜

  • Doomerism is a psychological tool within our enemy's arsenal. It is a tool to render inert would-be revolutionaries. The exact fate of us here in the United States and to a lesser extent the collective West is unclear, but as for the rest of the world and the cause of world socialism, the future is objectively brighter than it was even pre-1991. Do not despair for the world comrade, the writing for this dream's actualization is already etched deep into the wall.

  • I think you are greatly overestimating the failing and floundering West. The unipolar American hegemony lasted 30 years and its been seriously challenged for less than 5 years and already severe cracks are showing. Country by country is breaking free from Western imperialism or openly switching sides. Things that were imagined as impossible in the jurisdiction of the wrathful Empire have been done again and again in these past ~5 years. These trends reinforce themselves exponentially; as the Empire loses its grip, it has even less means to imperialize and sustain itself, thus losing the means to fund its military dominance, and so on.

I agree that the nuclear arsenal of the US is a little worrisome, especially if and when our federal gov't decays to the point that it is vulnerable to theft by fascist paramilitaries--I see this as the most likely reason for an invasion of the U.S. by the East. But even then, said Nazis would have no means of launching said weapons or even keeping up with their maintenance, let alone the rest of the world which will have technologically lapped them by then.

The only variable that remains unclear, to me at least, is A.I. But using what we know with the rules of life we are accostomed to, it is not at all a personal opinion for me to say that most if not all of these goals being accomplished by 2050 (or even sooner!) is far more likely than not.

  • I can say from a lot of experience that you have to swallow a lot of well-justified irritation. You have to be prepared for childish insults, wildly bad faith assumptions, bratty refusal to engage with you like how a toddler refuses to eat vegetables. They will call you a Nazi and you will get ratioed. If you can accept this and still play the "bigger person," though, sometimes magic happens, and when it does it's often outside of your line of sight; victories in radicalization are often invisible to us.

  • We all should never have trusted anything this evil country says, but do not be hard on yourself, it is the most powerful propaganda machine in the world it comes at you from every facet of your life it is reinforced by family, friends, entertainment media, news media, jobs, everything. Even many Global Southerners drink exported American koolaid.

  • Liberalism as an entity is absolutely our enemy. I just mean individual liberals.

I believe this war will continue to heat up, and I just prefer to convert enemies in order to lessen their ranks, while we still can.

I have never regretted extending humanity and compassion to my enemies, and trying instead to see them as a victim of brainwashing, which they are.

  • I heard about that, I should have figured the consequence.

Well, it's like old GenZedong days, only we can't get quarantined 😈😈😈😈

  • And yet another example of anticommunist leftists trying to pull gotchas at me because they didn't bother looking past a headline, thanks ya'all

  • Honestly can't tell the difference between the two groups when it comes down to it

  • They killed less Nazis in Koreans because they were reluctant to kill likeminded people

  • Wow, didn't even catch the deletion bit, what the actual fuck

  • I didn't exactly have high expectations when I arrogantly mushed my smartphone to query Google Image Search on "putin destroying taco bell" but yet again my hubris has been rewarded and my bad behavior enabled by our Silicon Valley comrades
