The Series S is proving to be a boat anchor holding the platform back. They should cut it loose and release a digital only Series X to fill the space and call it good.
Is that that guy had actually been convicted. Hasn't happened for Trump... yet.
My expectation would be that because Trump's case has not yet been adjudicated, he still has the premise of innocent until proven guilty, and until such time, he's still qualified.
Anyone is disqualified if they took an oath and subsequently "shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."
The problem is, until Trump is convicted, we can't DEFINITIVELY say he engaged in insurrection or rebellion. The evidence is there, and it needs to be heard in a court of law.
The other dude who got bounced out of office WAS convicted, there was no question that he engaged in insurrection or rebellion.
American law isn't based on "Well, everyone knows he's guilty."

What I explained on reddit, before I left, is that their entire business model depends on monetizing free user submitted content, controlled by free user based moderation.
That model is INFINITELY replaceable. See digg, fark, slashdot.
You want your moderators to toe the business line but they aren't employees and you aren't paying them? Good luck with that!
That's what's hilarious to me... we brought Lorelai in at about 6 weeks, Rocket hated her instantly with the power of 1,000 suns, but our 3rd cat, Keanu, loves her. They are best buds.
But when we got Keanu and he was a baby and Rocket was 2, it was the exact same reaction.
The bigger news was Chesebro getting an accelerated trial date of 10/23.
