  • ROCK AND STONE TO THE BONE!! ⛏️⛏️⛏️

  • Maybe less investment in trying to monopolise the market and more investment in developing their shopping platform so it’s not a smouldering turd.

  • Thankyou for your concern ☺️ she’s a nurse and has visited doctors on each occasion. Definitely feels like there’s something underlying there but that may just be me being paranoid.

  • These are the sorts of features that I am always wholeheartedly on-board with. Ones that work in the background with little to no input that work when required to improve the user’s everyday lives.

After recently finding out that my mother knocked herself unconscious some time ago while she was alone and woke up after almost half an hour had past I’m tempted to buy her an Apple Watch for some peace of mind. To be clear, it’s not a small purchase for me just as a gift but she’s recently had a couple of falls as well so it’s getting concerning.

  • “Thanks for buying our console, here’s an advertisement!”

  • Contributed. Love the app and I’m excited to see how it progresses into the future.

  • you’re still a lizard

Thought this was going to be some sort of Mark Zuk redirect.

  • The only way to stop a bad toddler with a gun is a good toddler with a gun!

  • Her name might be “Breakfast”?

  • It’s funny that since the migration there have been a few new big meme trends here and there’s always someone who wants them to stop. The reason it’s funny to me is because I picture these people as essentially saying “nooooo, stop new trends that I don’t like! Keep spamming Reddit reposts that have been getting reposted on Reddit for 10 years! 😢”

I even appreciate the trends that I don’t like because Reddit was getting so damn stale because of reposts of reposts of reposts and I’m just grateful for people trying to come up with something funny that is outside of the box.

  • That’s one of the drivers for me interacting more here. On Reddit I either felt like everything that could be said had already been said or that whatever I may have to add would be buried.

  • Just buy your mum an iPhone. Problem solved. /s

  • Someone needs to turn this into an ‘old folks’ always has been meme.

  • I seen a comment that they were covered by the instant tax right-off and so their dealers were pushing them to business owners and tradies who were more than happy to buy 2-ton codpieces oversized vehicles. Seems to check out from my experience with them.

  • Seems it. I remember a while back someone started dumping memes on here dunking on something, seems they had a vendetta about some change (someone with a better memory might be able fill in the blanks!). I wonder if it’s a similar thing.

  • Seeing more and more in Australia as well. Way too big for our roads.

  • Don’t touch it like that, you’ll go blind!

  • I’ve added a bit of extra context for the AoD unlock. Seems to be something to do with the screen activation animation timing.

Funnily I used to have a screen protector on the 12PM but haven’t gotten around to putting one on the 15PM. It could be that I was more forgiving to the 12PM with the protector as an excuse for non-registered inputs.

  • I have a sunny disposition that’s balanced out with depression. True neutral.

  • This was something I really enjoyed about the series Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency. It’s so batshit confusing to begin with but is actually well thought out. As the series continued it all came together and you could see the threads woven throughout. It was still a pretty eccentric series but it was certainly interesting.
