Fedora kde spin, kubuntu (ubuntu but with kde), kde neon (kde's distro). I've never used neon or kubuntu as a daily driver (just when I was looking for a distro) although they are supposed to be quite good, but I use fedora gnome as a daily driver and fedora kde should be fairly similar. You can also use distrochooser to find a distro that suits.
This also depends on where you live, I'm gen z and I have a license (no car tho, saving money for it) but since I don't live in a big city a car's still important to get around (there is a mediumish-sized city ~15 min drive away, but I'm in australia so everything's real spread out)
My least favourites are probably ubuntu and manjaro, not so much because of the distros themselves but the organizations behind them being a bit dodge.
There's commercial nextcloud providers and dropbox has a linux app. You could also do something syncthing or sftp. Google drive can integrate faily well with gnome, idk about cinammon tho.
