This sounds to me like going Vegan, while you would have almost all the same benefits when reducing meat eating to just Sundays or the weekend. It's not black and white.

It's 2024 just FYI.

Um, kind of, Prussia and Silesia have been converted from German land to Polish land, just so that Poland could move all their people from east Poland to west Poland and give east Polish lands to the USSR (and now Ukraine).

So the Germans lost that land, but the Jews didn't get it. The English instead gave them their Palestine.

I was there just 4 years ago https://jeena.net/pods/21 but I don't think I'd go today. Even back then you could feel the tension while both sides welcomed you as a foreigner you could tell they hate each other and fear each other.

I also never understood why microwaves need to be so loud. My dishwasher, hell even my washing machine are very quiet in comparisson.

I remember having something parsing the apache logs and counting people. At some point I'd look at the stats several times a day ruining all the fun. I uninstalled it and now only write for myself. Couldn't be happier about it!
