  • We shall see if the trope about conservatives eating their own is a justified stereotype then. We should, perhaps, look to the former leaders of the PC party who did not win elections to see how their fortunes fared.

  • it's all a boo hoo victim mentality to avoid personal accountability.

This is the nucleus of the conservative mindset. This right here. This is the DNA, the required personality trait, the price of admission to the conservative club.

  • Finally, at least he can retire in peace.

My hope is that he opens a food truck serving Canadian inspired cuisine called "Truck Foodeaux" as a troll to his bumper sticker critics and lives his best life.

Didn't vote for him, but didn't hate him either, so: best wishes, and thanks for bowing out, at least your timing was good. Room temperature milk or flat pop. Glad we have a shift, very glad it's not the cons.

  • It's not. I grew up there and believe me, it's the kids who lived under the high voltage power lines or ate the lead paint chips off the siding of their homes are the principal constituents of this demographic.

    They. Are. Morons.

  • Uhhh... I got like 14k off the sticker price of my EV (Ioniq) in 2020 because of these... humourous(?) rebates.

If you scrap a gas guzzler and buy a new EV, you buff your barter stats and end up maxing out your inventory space pretty quick.

It's possible they nerfed this hack in the latest release though.

  • But can you imagine how much it would cost if we didn't do that and we had to prove over and over again the the WHINING, PISSING, MOANING that ceaselessly follows a conservative defeat that our elections are legitimate and fair, and it's their ideas that are repugnant?

  • Knowing about the ugly parts of Canadian history doesn't make me want to toss out Canada either. It makes me ask how I can help be part of the next history book that says stuff like "and then shit got better when people started thinking critically for a hot minute".
