Thank you for asking! My partner and I had our first weekend sober!
Friday, we took a buddy out to dinner for their birthday and got to leave early because nobody questioned why the people who don't drink wouldn't want to go bar hopping.
Saturday, we went shopping since I've changed sizes recently, and I desperately needed clothes besides stretchy athletic wear; we wrapped the night up with an appearance at a birthday, went to dinner, and were asleep before midnight.
Sunday, we took it easy, played Baldur's Gate 3 during the day, had our weekly D&D session during the night, and got to sleep by midnight.
Exactly. One uses an algorithm to suggest stuff you like based on other things you like. Say, webcomics. If you like a creator and what they post, you can follow them. Twitter will then suggest users who post similar content so you can follow them too. On Reddit/Lemmy, you'd need to find an appropriate subreddit/community. You can follow people once you stumble across them, but it's not quite as easy to find them. Reddit will also not suggest posts and content based on your interest but instead will show you what's highest voted by others or currently trending in general.
Read any of the States' Declarations of Secession, and you'll see how the Confederacy betrayed humanity with that racist garbage. I would literally get banned if I copied and pasted what they say.
If Republicans didn't constantly try to make being queer synonymous with pedophilia, this kind of statement wouldn't be ironic and funny. Unfortunately, there's an entire political party trying to make being queer synonymous with pedophilia, so this joke hits.
I believe they're on pornlemmy.com or lemmy.world. There might be on on lemmynsfw.com! There's a few, some of which are similarly named, and some of which have the same name but are on different instances.
I thought this was charming. :)
