you seem misinformed, 'carnist' and by extension 'carnie' has nothing to do with the carnivore diet, but with carnism:

The borrow checker makes things a bit more complicated to get running, definitely takes some getting used to when you come from a non-memory safe language. You can suggest better communication strategies, of course (or better yet, use them yourself), if you think you know better how to convince people to stop killing animals. But only criticizing vegans for their tone, and then finishing with "I think the world needs more vegans" does not make you sound supportive at all.
I'm gonna ask the dreaded question then: If you think the world needs more vegans, are you vegan? And if not, would you be if vegans were less rude to you?
