I'm still pretty new here so i don't know how that works, but I just want to see the random crazy person or fight video between memes and news stories

The only mod is asking people to submit comments with why they want to be a mod there including their experience. The answers are mostly hilarious and sarcastic. Some are just chat gpt responses. My favorite is this:

Marjorie Taylor Green, sometimes called MTG, is a representation and a result of the dumbing down of united state politics. She's a member of the far right party in this country and pushes conspiracies, racism, bigotry and hatred. She's possibly the least intelligent person to ever hold federal office in this country.

He holds no office and has nothing to do with politics, but because he's the president's son, the far right politicians spend a large amount of time trying to find anything they can to make him look bad. He's had problems with drugs and the law in the past so there's a decent amount there for them to attack.

You're actually making a really good point that I never thought of, I just wish you weren't so antagonistic about it. I think you know that when the general public is talking about abortion, they're referring to the destruction of the fetus/unborn baby. Further, having a discussion about when the cut off is isn't being flip floppy or being manipulated, it's a complex problem despite how black and white you describe it.

That said, I'd never considered the idea that after a certain point, the abortion should consist of an early induced labor as opposed to the destruction of the fetus.

You're coming off a little unhinged. They asked a very simple question and you're freaking out. If the father was also underage then how can you say she was raped, unless you have other sources that claim she was raped by another minor. Further, if he was underage then would you also accuse her of rape since he can't legally consent? The article doesn't mention the father and its natural to be curious about his role in all this.

Just to point out something the headline is missing:

I'm the united states 99% of abortions happen before the 21st week. For every state that has any sort of time limit on abortion, the absolute latest is the 25th week.

At some point, there needs to be a cut off. At some point we should all be able to agree that the baby is too far along to be aborted. This girl took a pill at the 28th week, which was far beyond when it was designed to be taken.

Now I don't know if 28 weeks should be old enough for a criminal charge, but it's definitely not as black and white as the headline makes it seem
