2006’s The Fall. Probably the best visual story telling in any movie. The only way to get it is to find it used.

Why does the article only mention Google? I know yahoo had its heyday already, but they are still a common email platform and made the same requirements at the same time as Google.

ROFL, upvote cause the good info on Enterprise, but OP said Discovery. My head was stuck on Enterprise for some reason. Probably so many comments with the theme song to Enterprise.

Historical ships named Enterprise. There are really only the two in your pic if your timeline doesn’t have a Star Trek show, which is weirdly paradoxical considering the shuttle was named after the TV show. So in the Star Trek timeline I guess the shuttle is named after the sailing ship for some reason.

Betting it’s not leather. Leather doesn’t melt. It will burn, but never liquify. It clearly appears that the outer layer liquified. Also this screams prank to me, but good quality, oiled leather should also hold up ok to 350 for 15 mins.

The whole point of a chrome book is to push you to use Google’s online services. I think you are still better off if you can do that with Linux running the machine.

Insurance is all about socializing the cost of recovery (and taking a cut for yourself on the way) by getting a pool of people to pay in. If all the people in the pool are in a small, flood-prone area, the costs would likely be no different than no insurance. You have to get the pool to include people that will never file a claim to help cover the others.

Not that I’ve found. There are plenty of ways to find a number of a business. But harder to find legitimate ways to find people’s numbers. And it’s almost impossible to reliably find the owner of a phone number.

I want to be able to search the phone numbers in maps. Searching Google sucks because of all the algorithm gaming scam sites. I just want to know if this number is a local business I might actually want to talk to.

Stick with it. PT can be amazing, but you have to commit to following their instructions. I spend years of my life at a 5/10 pain level with a herniated disk because I thought doctors would either just prescribe me drugs or see me as a drug seeker. PT care got me to being able to pick up my kids again.

At some point as you go up the chain of government you have to get to an elected role else there’s no accountability to the people. A sheriff is the highest position in the county law enforcement chain. I don’t know there would be a better way to keep them and the office accountable.

Hope this applies to cars as well. Bust a taillight in your Ford and get your own replacement, you still have to have a dealer configure the integrated BLISS sensor.

Buy your first whatsit as cheap as possible, if you break it, replace it with another cheap one, if you break that one too, go buy a nice one.

I just had to replace my 15 y/o Samsung laser printer because I couldn’t find toner carts for it anymore. Nor would it work with anything but windows. Last time I found toner about 3 years ago I bought the last two the website had and they finally ran dry and no matter how much I shook them gaps were present. Laser printing is the best.

Bernie was running in the primaries? Did he do any campaigning? If so none of it reached here.

Why are people going to show up for a primary that doesn’t matter? There was literally nothing else on our ballot in AZ so there wasn’t much point.

I found that few people have the imagination to play both sides of their characters. They always try to be human mode or fairy mode, but that’s not how it works and it’s really hard to always think of your characters as being and doing both simultaneously. It’s a great game for the imaginative, but probably hell for a lot of other players. It does lend itself to LARP really well though. We did a huge live action game for a few summers with like 40 people and 3 GMs, it was tons of fun.
