  • Well I for one really don't want to try and haul a load of manure in a panel van.

Don't get me wrong, vans are great, my general contractor in-laws used them daily, but there are advantages like being able to haul a stack of plywood or sheet rock without having to have a trailer, being able to haul larger items more easily, towing, and again, easily hauling things like manure or rocks, just get the front loader and dump it in.

  • I mean it can't be due to them not listening to average Americans concerns, ignoring genocide, ignoring minority voices, downplaying economic hardships, defending billionaires as good people, constantly seeking validation for bipartisanship with Neo-Nazis, primarying progressives incumbents, and continuing to ignore the working class.

    Nope, must be the media.

  • From another article:

Reporting from Bloomberg indicated that Nintendo had apparently anticipated an amount of tariff-related chaos. In February, Nintendo had been building "a stockpile of millions of consoles" from Vietnam, where two-thirds of assembled consoles are now being earmarked for shipments to the US. Any Nintendo consoles assembled in China, meanwhile, would face an import tariff that—at time of writing—has risen to 245%.

Seems like they're using the tried and true method to avoid the tariffs but I do wonder how long this will actually last then.

  • When newly elected Democratic National Committee officers gathered in late March at a Washington hotel, the agenda included a brief but robust discussion of a pledge not to intervene in party primaries, according to two people who attended the meeting and a third who was briefed on it.

Pretty fucking rich when you have this:

    https://observer.com/2017/08/court-admits-dnc-and-debbie-wasserman-schulz-rigged-primaries-against-sanders/

On August 25, 2017, Federal Judge William Zloch, dismissed the lawsuit after several months of litigation during which DNC attorneys argued that the DNC would be well within their rights to select their own candidate. “In evaluating Plaintiffs’ claims at this stage, the Court assumes their allegations are true—that the DNC and Wasserman Schultz held a palpable bias in favor Clinton and sought to propel her ahead of her Democratic opponent,” the court order dismissing the lawsuit stated. This assumption of a plaintiff’s allegation is the general legal standard in the motion to dismiss stage of any lawsuit. The allegations contained in the complaint must be taken as true unless they are merely conclusory allegations or are invalid on their face.

  • So why are we in this circular firing squad against Democrats?

Because Hogg is right that you're ineffective, lazy, speed bumps to actually making progress and winning elections at every level.

Oh and let's not forget that these fuckers were no where to be heard from when people like Cori Bush and Jamaal Bowman were primaried and heavily funded by Democrat organizations associate with leadership.

  • You know what sad? Before all of this we were working with our allies, Canada and Australia to ramp up REE mining and researching advanced processing, know-how we didn't not currently have btw, to reduce the reliance on China.

And then Trump went and fucked all of that up and were up s shit creek without a paddle and shot America's foot and went through the inflatable raft.

  • You do realize that it takes time and know-how to do that processing right? Know-how that the US does not have.

    https://www.morningstar.com/news/marketwatch/20250416183/why-its-nearly-impossible-for-america-to-meet-its-rare-earth-needs-after-chinas-export-restrictions

Not to mention just trying to find these deposit in America.

Also, did you know that under Biden, we were working with other countries like Canada and Australia to expand mining REE to decrease reliance on China?

Remind me who pissed off or allies recently with some stupid ass trade war?

This is a not 4d chess here and no good will come from this other than weakening America with such a no intelligence plan and no prep work.
