Low-key excited for my trial meeting tomorrow for a CPAP machine. Renting one for a month with the option to trial different masks and with help to track how it's going. I just want to wake up feeling like I've slept 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
I actually managed to get a bit done around the apartment in between naps. I think I am still off from that flu a couple weeks ago. I have loaded up the fridge with vege foods for the week so hopefully that will get the vitamins going. Have a good week everyone.
IKR? Done washing, prepped a silver beet frittata, some roast sweet potatoes and have a risotto in the instant pot. Really should roast the pumpkin I have while the oven is going but the couch is calling
I am having a lot of trouble just moving today. I have a bad case of the shoulds. Should go to the beach. Should prep food. Should should. Ugh. Step one. Coffee. Bite to eat.
So I got my sleep study results back after a fair wait. Yeah it turns out that not breathing might be the reason for the fatigue. Off to dig into savings and go CPAP shopping I think (#thuglife)
I am low key excited - maybe I can function like a real person finally. Any tips from anyone else in the mask club?
Don't forget you have to prep the workshop (it will take longer then you think, just to learn the app yourself and make notes on how to walk people through and good demos). and maybe do a followuo (email a summary or something). If it takes 6 hours to prep a 3 hour workshop + travel then you are ~12 hours time. 90-100 bucks an hour is cheap for most trainers . I would go for 1000 as a baseline
Of course this totally depends on the value to the customer? Non profit or micro biz or then yep 600 is fine. Is it for giant mining company with bucks to spare - they won't blink at 3000.
Also if this is the sort of thing people do training for have a scout online and see what others charge for similar training
Hugs. Enjoy the moment of calm. You deserve it.
