The US is the Austria-Hungary of our time.

I shall answer, because I am a firm believer in capital punishment.

Death should be given because death should be the punishment for all crime. The white blood cells inside your body agree with me - they are eager to give the death penalty to any criminals infesting your body. There's no pardons or rehabilitation or anything like that; your white blood cells know that there can be no tolerance for crime.

I will die of old age before a 白 party appears, if I cooperate with the 黒 parties. And the 白 and the 黒 hate each other; the 黒 will never willingly let the 白 take power. It doesn't matter how nice the 黒 parties are; they HATE the 白 parties for ideological reasons. There's no way around this - they truly are an existential threat to the other.

Therefore, the only real way to get a 白 party to take power is to overthrow the 黒 parties and install a 白 party. Or, wait until the 黒 parties are sufficiently weakened from infighting and civil war to allow a 白 party to take over. I see no scenario where the 白 can peacefully take power in a 黒-dominated country. Or vice versa.

And the education issue is precisely why it is imperative the 白 take power. Their political system desires to give people a proper education for the purpose of societal stability. The 黒 are far too fickle with education.

Naturally. 白 and 黒 parties cannot coexist since their ideologies directly oppose the other. If 白 is to win, 黒 must go. If you knew first-hand how stable 白 parties are over 黒 parties like the Democrats and Republicans, you would agree that 白 is the better long term option.

It's the lens I value. I very much desire to bring a 白-polairty party into power.

They are identical according to the Threshold Perspective, by virtue of mapped properties.

The Threshold Perspective assigns political parties into White/Bright (白) and Black/Dark (黒) polarities. The Democrats' and Republicans' considerable favor for the individual causes them to fail one of the requirements for White polarity assignment. They must therefore both be assigned to Black polarity, and are thus, identical in that mapped respect.

It is legal for prisoners to be enslaved - perhaps you missed that little gotcha in the amendment.

Trump is one of those people who thinks that saying it enough will make it true.

It's because the entire penguin species is plotting to overthrow the United States, and by extension, overthrow Trump. Obviously, Trump had to show the penguins that he isn't going to tolerate their interference.

The current election is done, but there will be more in the future. I believe he's referring to those.

In a place as polarized and corrupt as the US, Voter ID is merely a tool to keep Red or Blue in power. Tomfoolery involving the invalidation of a side's enemies' IDs is near certain.

Trump has this to say:

Sounds like Trump has plans to make sure people like Susan Crawford don't get elected in the future.

It is an excerpt from a satirical booklet, created from the tendencies of people who power trip as a security officer in the game Space Station 13.

I am spreading it around because I have seen a remarkable similarity between those security officers and the people who run the US government. The only real difference is that the security officers are eager to do cruel things with their own two hands.

According to the Shitcurity Handbook of BeeStation:

• Rule 1: Everybody is guilty even when proven innocent.
• Rule 4: When in doubt, whoever you may be dealing with is a traitor. Execute him.
• Rule 5: If your weapon has a kill setting, use it. Only in death is a criminal truly stopped.
• Rule 8: Only through death is justice served.
• Rule 51: Anyone accused of being a traitor by a crew member must be executed on the spot. Do not give them a chance to weasel their way out of justice by talking things out. It's the only way that you can be sure the traitorous criminal scum are all stopped.
• Rule 54: Theft, pornography reading, trespassing, and not liking you are all signs of revolutionary activity. Beat their skulls in until they remember their true allegiance.
• Rule 55: Any massacres, ethnic cleansings, purgings, underground permabrig prisoner fights, or general mass-murder orchestrated by superiors is to be immediately sanctioned and, if necessary, unquestioningly enforced.
• Rule 66: If you murder someone on the gulag, it doesn't really count as murder.

I could probably do it if I really wanted to. Create a new account at one of my library's computers, use a separate phone to access reddit with that account, etc. It's not worth the hassle though, for me at least. Reddit sucked up way too much of my time. Honestly, it feels like January ended just last week.

If Reddit popped out of existence, not everyone would go to Lemmy.

• Most would go to Discord, Twitter, and BlueSky.
• Some would go to various forums (they still exist).
• Some would spend a lot more time on FB, Tiktok, and Instagram.
• Some would spawn their own copies of Reddit (Voat). The copies all die in a month.
• Some would stop bothering with social media entirely.
