Nah. Tolerance and respect is a peace treaty, and he violates it every time he opens his mouth or holds a pen. He doesn't get to benefit from the same grace he maliciously refuses to give others.

I also liked the paper towel one for some reason. Big "I'm bored at home" vibes, with its use of household implements in the art piece (fly swatter, laundry hamper, etc). Rolling out all the paper towels like that seems like a pretty fun and interesting thing to do if I ever had loads of time on my hands.

As an American, I can day it's definitely not the sweetness to me. I find Turkish delight very sweet, almost too sweet. The texture is mostly what hangs me up, as well as a weird flavor I can't put my finger on. It reminds me of gum drop candies? Which are the least popular candies by a lot here, as any child on Halloween will tell you lol.

It may just be one of those locational things where if you didn't grow up with it, you just don't like it? Like peanut butter, I'm told.

Do you also think crochet and knitting are the same? This is a totally different fiber art. I both knit and crochet and would not be able to hop right into this; totally different movements and methods and ways of weaving the yarn. Just because the products are similar does not make it the same.

No shame in being gen z. The political activism of that gen is truly impressive. They're doing the best they can with what they've been given, and I think they're doing great. I'm really proud of them as a generation :) I can't wait to see Gen Alpha come into their own, too.

Um, no? I was born in late 94 and was the prime audience for blue's clues. I had so much blue's clues merch as a tot. It was that and teletubbies. I would say the youngest millenials were probably a bit too young to have caught much of Mr Rogers (I didn't) but that may be a case by case thing.

That said, I do feel a lil disconnected from the rest of the millenial generation in what I remember from the 90s—as it's basically nothing—and I often have to teach my '91 spouse and his similarly-aged friends about tech and current slang, but I'm still slightly to old to roll with gen z lol. Being a cusp gen baby is weird.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels like this! I couldn't put my finger on it, but I also hit a wall in act 3. I love the game and all it has to offer, but I feel like so much was crammed into act 3 that it just felt really dense. I hate to use the word 'slog', because it's obvious that everything has had a lot of thought and care put into it, but in that way maybe it's just too much all at once?

I bounced right off of Scared to Death; I guess I'm not a fan of their dynamic as hosts? Or maybe I just prefer the narrative style of podcast instead of the 'two zany hosts' format, idk.

Camp Monsters Podcast

Incredible audio-storytelling podcast for fans of getting into nature, sitting around the campfire and telling scary stories. The audio design is topnotch, and the host does a wonderful job. I'm usually not a fan of overly-produced sounding podcasts, but this one strikes a really good balance of audio-drama type soundscapes and one host telling you a story. The Dark Watcher episode really got me good and spooked while listening to it in bed.

Ghost Story

This is for fans of true crime and ghosts. Some crazy real-life coincidences occur to bring together a man with a ghost in his teenage bedroom and the woman he marries. Turns out, her murdered great grandmother may be the ghost he was visited by. He then uses his skillset as an investigative journalist to look into her and her brother's murder from the post WWI era. While predominantly a true crime podcast, the descriptions of the haunting were quite vivid and scared me while I was home alone at night.

Another good one is History of English

To me it just seems like the episodes go on for too long without much actual information? I haven't listened to many old episodes yet, though, so I don't know if that's how it's always been
