Holy shit I was just thinking this last night. I picked up Death Stranding Dirt Cheap and I've been working through the the Mountain region. And all I kept thinking was this entire thing felt like a chore. Like I just want to progress the damn story. At that point I decided I won't be wasting my money on games that take 40+ hours to beat.

There's just not enough time in our lives and so many great games to still play.

Sorry I also have to disagree. Maybe your doing it wrong and are part of the wrong communitoes. I dont do anything Linux and love the fediverse

It's good to see that people are up voting this. All this talk of hidden societies pulling the strings is completely asinine. Most humans aren't smart enough to pull off an illuminati heist. And the few that could will never have the resources to do so. It's way more simple than all that. Deep down we are just run by our core animal instincts. So you can breathe easy knowing the world domination isn't currently happening. Just a bunch of stupid monkeys playing with fire while the house around them burns down.

Honestly I actually use it more for the cloud now. Originally I picked it up for Smash Bros and SNES but barely play thoses. 20 bucks a month isn't bad for backing up my game saves with ease. I don't want to deal with keeping track of a micro SD card if I decided to back-up that way.

Hmm I guess in my mind it's when you have a job that pays you well enough to have fun money and buy your own candy.

So age isn't even a factor.
