Was going to suggest the IKEA one. Pretty decent to use and has a local speaker if you don't have any home assistant devices near by.

The door contacts are good too but I found that I had to connect them a few times before they would register on ZHA

This is quite interesting. I have seen that sooner robot schedules can include a 'save the hedgehogs' mode where is doesn't set a schedule for night-time.

Are you able to see the server when you hit choose server? It should show up if your on your local network

As far as I remember you should be able to use the integration feature in helpers. You will have to make a new calculation for each
