Personally I'd lean towards grilled cheese with extra stuff in it for this sandwich. I feel like to be considered a melt it'd have to be something like a tuna melt where the cheese accompanies the tuna, and not the other way around. You think the classification is a question of volume proportions between cheese and whatever else is in it?
You're confusing the word revoked with the word forfeited. He's forfeiting it by disrupting the court. It's like the right to remain silent when you're arrested. The officer arresting you can't revoke it and make you answer or say anything, but you can choose to forfeit it and start talking.

You're right. That's why most big companies tell people not to unionize, or that it's not necessary. It means they can continue to pay people terribly and treat them poorly. Knowing it's happening next door means less flight risk of those treated poorly.
