What is your most embarrassing "ate the onion" moment?

  • I believed a headline that Ryan Reynolds threw on a Wrexham shirt and played half a game as a substitute.. it was April 1st.

    • Things like ice cream cone pictures that i saw when i was a wee lad that came with a cherry on top but i have never seen em IRL

  • I got obsessed with designer replicas - I didn't buy many but I loved looking at comparisons on repladies.. and the cheaper dupes were often much better made and quality controlled than the authentics. We're still talking a few hundred for the bag but the genuine ones can be 10 or even 100 times the price. I know this isn't what you were talking about btw. It's definitely better to spend a bit more on a bag.. or anything, for quality!

    • Why don't planes have a switch beside the call button that you can choose between "wake me up for meal service" or "leave me alone?"

  • One time I flew with Emirates and they had a little pack on your seat that had stickers to put on the seatback in front - red that said let me sleep and green said wake me for a meal. Flew with them since and haven't seen it again but I thought it was a great idea!
