  • I think so as well and it is sad that that the OP has to be in a place where internet is so heavily censored.

  • I think your best bet is try to use OpenVPN via TCP over port 80 or 443. You could also try setting up an SSH VPN tunnel.

  • Most of the NAs contain a very tiny amount of alcohol, statistically negligible. I think it's something like 0.001% or some thing like that. Anyways, I digress - the NAs do taste like the real thing. The one thing I notice however is that you have to drink them faster once opened because they tend to go bad quickly.

  • Okay, so it came down to a licensing issue rather than one that is technical. I can definitely get behind that as somebody that will always value true open source, even when then the proprietary solution might be the better one in the short term. Something that is open source can only get better.

  • There is no such thing as a religion of peace. One religion is prepared to go to war with another over which one is the true path.

  • Management are often parasites that steal the value that you produce. Just keep that tucked in the back of your mind while you seek better opportunities for yourself.

  • Additionally, you may unknowingly be at the wrong place and at the wrong time or in close proximity to the location of a crime. This could falsely implicate you if authorities wanted blanket cell phone data for a given area.

  • This happened to me. I stopped enjoying the way alcohol made me feel and alcohol consumption is not generally a good idea when mixed with mental health medications. So I think my alcohol consumption went down steadily until I didn't drink anymore. I really enjoy non-alcoholic beers. There are some excellent craft ones that have sprung up in recent years.

  • Trust and AI aren't two concepts that I would use positively in the same sentence. I have what might be considered a pathological dislike of AI.

  • With btrfs and zfs virtually being neck and neck in terms of capabilities, is there a reason or application where one should be chosen over the other?

  • Cats are quite expressive once you understand them. They're even patient with you when you don't get it right away. My poor old girl Ashleigh whom I had a very close bond would give me a very soft hiss if I wasn't getting it and her patience wore out.

  • I use the DNS-01 challenge to take advantage of wildcard certs. Every 30 days, I have a cron job force a renewal, send a SIGHUP to nginx and I am back in biz. Ez-pezy

  • Yeah, it isn't a good look for flathub. I looked at the certificate and the Subject Alternative Names section was missing the www prefix. Why they're not using Let's Encrypt and certbot beats me because this could all be automated.

  • To me it's fairly obvious what my kitty is trying to tell me based on her tail, ears, and eyes. If I for some reason I am clueless, she'll add a variation of a meow.

  • I am sorry OP but I am just not seeing it. I've found all kinds of emulators and ROM downloads for all the classics. What do you see as critically endangered?

  • XFS is a possibility

  • Ummm ... oops? 🤷‍♂️ 😆
