Not a lawyer but wouldn’t SCOTUS only be able to rule on this after the trial was over? Assuming they would even hear the case.

Nice to get some high level confirmation but this doesn’t come as a surprise to anyone who’s been paying close attention to Ghouliani for the last 10-20 years. Dude has always been corrupt and doing the bidding of one mobster or another.

Maybe a lot of them are also mentally ill.

I lasted a little longer but not much. It really was bad. I reinstalled it after their giant patch that was supposed to fix it and gave it a second chance: the shooting was better but the main issues with everything else were still there.

As someone who loved their older games, this sucks; but as someone who has played their newer games, this was expected.

If they truly cared about heir families they wouldn’t push so much disinformation and enact such horrible policies. These people only love power so you’re basically asking them to willingly give up the only thing they care about.

Agreed. He says anything outrageous that will grab him headlines and based on how often I’m now seeing articles on him, it’s working. I don’t think it will earn him the nomination but I doubt that’s his true goal anyway.

Was the footage actually erased? I thought that Trump’s crew asked him to erase it (but he either wasn’t able or willing to) but the actual issue was he initially lied to the Feds saying they never asked him to erase it. After getting a new attorney he’s recanted and told the feds that they did ask him to.

I never saw mention of the tapes actually being erased but maybe I just missed that detail? I assumed the Feds had the tapes.

I don’t doubt that Trump would want to go to Russia but Putin would never agree to that when he could have all the same benefits if Donnie was in NK and none of the negatives of having him in Russia. Kim is crazy enough that he wouldn’t care and would enjoy all the extra scrutiny and attention.
