Tools? First of all, Taiwan is historically 中華民國 (ROC).China is now 中華人民共和國 (PRC). The area known as Mainland China, or the area currently operated by the PRC was under the control of ROC. In fact, it was during a civil war between the two sides that Japan invaded during WW2.
The current government of what is now known as China was being thrashed and the ROC almost quashed the rebellion. However, they put their differences aside to squash the Japanese government. The ROC suffered heavy losses to repel the Japanese.
The PRC separatists took this opportunity to gain ground and pushed the ROC to the island of Taiwan.
The current generation of Taiwanese are historically and culturally separated from the Chinese. The Taiwanese are happy to at least maintain the status quo of two separate entities, with only some from older generations looking to retake mainland China.
Mainland China insists to takeover the island of Taiwan, by force if necessary.
What do you mean Taiwan was a created tool? Learn your fucking history dude
I mean, I’m pretty sure you can fly at night using VFR. I’m not sure why they made that comment about night flying and IFR. It’s probably better practice to file IFR, but it’s not required.
But yes, I only found one Bryan Bedford and there is no commercial cert.
Maybe I was being too pedantic. The point was, they are committing an unnecessary genocide.
To annex a land you can do things like displace the people, enslave a people, commit genocide, etc. Genocide is not strictly necessary. They could have tried displacing them into other countries before bombing the shit out of basically the entire strip.
I’m not saying mass murder has never been used in annexation but calling it annexing undersells the fact that they are committing a genocide
Is Vr the same for regular and short take off landing procedures? I was under the impression that they were different, and therefore you wouldn’t actually get off the ground if you required short take off (IIRC most passenger planes are short take off to minimize runway distance).
The other thing is, checking flaps is part of the standard preflight checklist. I don’t know if you can see the flaps for the 787 from the cockpit or not. Take following with silo of salt because I do not hold an ATP, but if you can’t, out sounds like another Air India maintenance catatrophe
Don’t take Air India. Ever. I don’t know why the aviation safety expert was surprised. Airplanes are built with redundancy, but there is a recording from an Air India plane trying to land at the NYC area (I think JFK?). Everything failed. They do not take maintenance seriously
I’m well aware of white terror age, and the 228 incident. Im giving you an abridged version.
There is a reason most of the current generation rejects both the CCP and the KMT. It’s not a brainwashing.
Have you ever been to either country? I can’t figure out your spin.
