Things that don't exist yet aren't a solution for problems we have now.
It's not like we could now just build a thorium reactor that makes economic sense without decades of serious prototyping. And by that time we might have found that there are more pbolems with it than we thought.
I don't think it's going anywhere.
People get lost in shorts really quickly, especially on your phone. It's the algorithm being able to decide who you are and how to get engagement out of you at a much faster rate then regular videos.
Nobody asked for this, nobody wants it on youtube. But it keeps people on the platform longer and it feeds the algorithm fast. So it's not going anywhere
Hey, no you get to pick when you take that "month off" I get 26 days leave + bank holidays. I get to pick how to spend the 26 days. Bank holidays are mandatory. So I could take more than a month off in a row if I wanted to.
Strange source aside I've been hearing were on the edge of a breakthrough for thorium reactors and cold fusion for 40 years now.
If China had it working already then we would have heard it a lot louder from them.
