  • Thank you for explaining more eloquently what I was unable to.

  • I dislike these types of puns because they only make sense in one direction.

Here’s an example of a good pun because it makes sense in both directions:

I meant to look for my missing watch, but I could never find the time.

    1. They couldn’t make time.
    2. They couldn’t locate the watch.
  • I am very curious to see if this will be the first smartwatch that works with tattooed wrists. None of the health & security features have ever worked for me with any of the major brands.

  • lol so my grandma is a garbage person because she hasn’t rage deleted her facebook account and setup shop on some federated instance where absolutely none of her family and remaining friends are while having to learn some completely new & often actively hostile interface. alright

  • yooo i remember those TDK drives—they were highly coveted. my first CD burner was a 2x external USB drive. it would frequently take about 45 mins to burn a disc

  • This fucked me up when I learned and finally accepted it, but it’s actually “Fly, you fools!”

  • I think it would also depend on the number of candidates, to a lesser extent, too.

  • Imagine writing a full article about this and then signing your name to it.

  • Being openly gay is not a political statement.

  • I agree. Although I’m not sure why you think I’m angry? Your original comment is ambiguous and could be perceived either way.

  • I don’t think it has anything to do with the education system. It’s simply that the commitment involved in the request is much higher than normal. I don’t read every 50-page article or 2-hour video I come across. But I can be compelled to when the value proposition is higher than normal.

  • Wow what a fantastic video. I’m so glad I didn’t check the timecode.
