I'm really tired and maybe I'm already dreaming, but for the case I don't: WTF guys?

Nvidia doesn't hate linux, it just don't care and the linux community hates nvidia

3. Build with whatever buildsystem the language requires, often Stack or Cargo

We would need to have way more information when we should say you why. But my first guess would be that you're only using one core.
