  • In Christianity, the bible forbids women from exercising authority over men in the church - they are forbidden from any leadership role within the church. This begs the question: what makes you think Christians will vote to elect a woman to the highest level of leadership this country has, into a position where she can make decisions affecting not just one church, but every single church across the US?

  • Ask yourself a question: why can't a woman become a preacher, priest or pastor? All major US religions indoctrinate their followers from birth with the teachings that god does NOT permit women to exercise authority over men.

So if Christian and Catholic men and women believe in a core set of values and reasons for why women are not allowed to take leadership roles over men in the church, what makes anyone think they don't or won't apply that same logic to leadership at the political level, or ANY level?

Christians won't let a woman lead their church, but they somehow will be OK with electing a woman into a much higher role, one that can make decisions that affect all churches/the entire world? I don't see it.

  • Thanks for pointing out how insane and disconnected the elon glazers are in believing their Teslas will drive off while they sleep to earn any kind of positive cash flow, then show up back home just in time to recharge for the commute to work, smelling fresh as a daisy.

  • Are you for real? Can you guess how many Saturn V rockets ended up exploding throughout the first mission to put man on the moon? Trick question, the answer was ZERO.

The Saturn V program had completed more successful milestones in 1 year than SpaceX has managed in 5 year.

SpaceX has been late on every single deliverable to NASA. They were supposed to show they can reliably perform the propellant transfer for the NASA contract, and instead Musk focused on testing the deployment of starlink satellites, which of course failed. And now they lost one more on the pad getting fueled up.

It's complete incompetence, which is the one thing Musk can guarantee

  • Please. They only exist because of government funding. If NASA had as many rockets explode as SpaceX has, people like you would be screaming about the waste of taxpayer dollars.

Also, it's only a matter of time before starlink satellites crash into each other and start a chain reaction. You can kiss space travel goodbye after that.

  • Whether you believe in the ends justifying the means or the means justifying the end.. the world you helped create was granting power to evil, putting evil in charge.

You straight up chose the side of evil. Congrats on being on the wrong side of history.

  • Funny, why don't you name the law and let people look it up and read what it actually says? Are you talking about S.146, a bill to prohibit the nonconsensual online publication of intimate visual depictions of individuals, and requiring platforms to remove it upon request?

So in other words, if someone posts nudes of you online and you object to it, this law would require the site to take it down upon your requesting it.. is THAT the censorship you are crying about??

  • Yeah, funny how after election day, genocide stopped being the #1 voting issue here, but that said, there were a handful of useless idiots who actually bought into the rooskie psyop, and you occasionally see their pathetic attempts to justify their choices up to today.

  • James Wheeler-Hill, national secretary of the Bund, opened the night with the statement that "if George Washington were alive today, he would be friends with Adolf Hitler."[

If Adolf Hitler were alive today, he would be friends with Donald Trump.

  • People change throughout their entire lives, and ideas that seemed effin' cool when we were young and pretty, well, maybe they felt less cool as we sobered up and aged. I think most of us can relate to the feeling that once or twice, the younger version of ourselves sure was a goddamned idiot who made some dumbass decisions that made our future life twice as hard as it needed to be.

But yeah, nothing screams cool like a 50+ year old with face tattoos.

  • Sure, the dems deserve it just like a woman deserves what she gets for wearing that revealing dress in that bar, right? Because that's what you are doing. Blaming the victims.

Instead of blaming the Republican party and people who didn't vote, you make fun of the only people who tried to stop them. Which tells us all exactly the type of person you are.

Someone who would rather make fun of "THE DEMS" instead of Trump and the Republican party. You're the problem, not "the dems".

  • Failing upward. Trump Steaks, Trump University, hell, he couldn't make money running a CASINO: Trump Castle Hotel and Casino, bankrupt. Trump Plaza Casino, bankrupt. Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts, and Trump Entertainment Resorts.. all bankrupt.

Now he can add the US economy to his trophy case of participation ribbons.

  • No, you are so right, why have rallies at all, when we can just let everyone think they are alone in their opposition to fascism. What's the point of letting the media and politicians know the current administration does NOT have a mandate.

Rallies unite and focus people. People meet at these rallies, become friends, form groups, etc.
