  • shareholders and board members in corporations that do this nonsense need to be criminally charged and given appropriate sentences. corps want “rights” like humans and shareholders want corps to put profit first? then they can all be treated like the motherfucking criminals they are.

  • being yourself in this world in ways that are comfortable to you is the way to go. activism is comfortable to some. you being you, in this day and age, is a form of activism sadly. stay strong and happy and healthy! :)

  • here is the thing: corporations should not be given first amendment rights, they are not human. the people inside the corp? sure! 100%. the corp acting as an entity? never. if they can’t be destroyed by the state for their criminal acts, like people can, then they should not have the other promises (“rights”) in the constitution.

  • for real. i eat when i am hungry, sleep when I am tired. Probably age (46) and my apnea making me crave real sleep with my mask.

sometimes it’s chilly and rainy and “bed” is 7pm.

  • except on a long enough scale - ie day zero - they are. capitalism uses the marketing of the concept of democracy to convince the working class to give more and purchases the exact opposite of democracy in the form of laws and “benefits” from the ruling class. see also: monopolies and mergers.

  • how is anything we have a “democracy?”

capitalism is not democracy - and capitalism always keeps profit as its first goal. that includes ensuring people cannot rise up enough against it because they are swamped with debt and illness.

  • how was it not at the least a crime against humanity during war? was what the nazis did not “technically” a crime at some point? no. it was always a crime.

the point is that the US has used nukes, they didn’t even need to, but chose to to “scare” the watching communists next door.
