I respectfully disagree. He was driving angry after Piastri passed him. He spent the next few minutes trying to get back past, resulting in his fairly poor attempt that essentially took Piastri out of the race.

I don't see "dipstick" in the wild very often, but I always appreciate it. Are you English by any chance?

Google users didn't originally have gmail, so if Google paywalls it nobody is losing anything?

Fucking finally. I got one of those Google Home devices for free a few years ago, stuck it in the kitchen, and set the screensaver to be pictures of me, my wife, our son, or our dog. Every chance it got it picked a photo of me with an ex-girlfriend, which is definitely not what you want in your kitchen.

In the end I just set it to pictures of our son or our dog to be safe, because Google just flat out wouldn't let me choose people not to see.

I don't want to delete all the pictures of me with my ex-girlfriends because some of them are the only photos I've got from specific places.

I think they did pretty well considering the couple of months the teams had to work on this.

The rules might need to be updated a bit though. Safety cars don't make as much sense to me when there are no people involved.

The "don't pass under yellow" rule kind of screws things up when you've got a full course yellow for the half of the race that wasn't under the safety car.

They used to have a nice obvious detail page for every app, now I get some small entry, a bunch of other apps that I might also want to install (spoiler, I don't), and it's harder to see useful information.

Do they really think I've gone to the Play Store to install my bank's app, but I might also want to install a different bank's app?

I meant for my question to be rhetorical. It should be unthinkable not to do it in the long run. $20bn is a lot of money, unless you consider the cost of completely fucking up your planet or whatever.

So he's about to rehire all those people he laid off, right? Surely he's not just saying this, but still expecting everyone who's left to cover all the work he's surprised by. Surely he knew these details before he fucked over a bunch of workers, right?

If they've gone bankrupt and sold their office space and laid off their staff then it's definitely not going to cost the same.

If you let them go bankrupt first then you can buy cheaper, and don't need to let go of a bunch of surplus employees. I think it'll be about the bottom line. I guess it all depends on the price and any likely competition for the purchase.

Someone will wait for them to go bankrupt first. Poach any staff they need, and leave the rest to unemployment.

I'm trying hard not to offend or upset anyone, this is a genuine question, what's with all the depressing comics on here over the last few months?

Nearly every day one of the comics posted is about having some sort of mental health problem or struggling to achieve a basic thing because of anxiety.

I understand that it's reality for a lot of people, but it also seems to be massively over-represented here.

You can't see your achievements for a Steam game in the overlay? I rarely ever use it, but that seems like something that must be there. Are we talking about the Shift+Tab overlay, or something else?

These guys are not my friends. They chew through the bottom of my tomato plant stems. Just the bottom, never the rest. Just enough to kill my plants, and then off they go to fuck up something else.

Now I catch them and feed them to my chickens.
