Then you’d most likely be told that part isn’t downloaded yet, but thats quite an edge case since there will be very few people downloading the game that have a previous save point from any point in the game, let alone the later part.

But if the game devs wanted to plan for that edge case, they might check your account for save points and prioritize content after your save point first.

Most people would go to the one with the cheaper posted price but with hidden fees than the one with the more expensive all inclusive price. Market data shows this tactic works, and the fact of the matter is that people are consistently fooled into paying higher prices because of hidden fees.

Why else would most companies consistently hide fees rather than be transparent unless it positively affects their bottom line?

Why would the oil lobby want tax to be included gasoline? The added transparency only raises the sticker price which reduces sales.

I also had the HTC Dream (called the TMobile G1 in the US). Only google product I haven’t been able to ditch is gmail.

Don’t bring reason and logic into this. It’s not logical. It’s a wide-sweeping generality, but it is reality nonetheless.

It’s not that difficult to understand. An iPhone is a symbol of affluence, and that aspect is important to many people who are looking for a mate.

Edited to add: And as dating has shifted to being mostly online, the first real connection you have with a potential mate outside of the apps is via text.

It’s not simply an age thing. I’m in my 40s and have definitely witnessed the judgment in the dating scene.

Are you dating or in school at the moment? I if not, it might be that you’re just oblivious to this trend, because it is definitely a thing in many social circles.

Hey FTC: let’s have the govt set the example here and include sales tax in this rule. It is also a bullshit hidden fee, and there’s no reason we shouldn’t include it in the sticker price. You already require it to be included for gasoline, so why only gasoline?
